No guarantee of results. Sports outcomes are uncertain. Past
performance, including any backtest, historical record, or graded result shown
on this site, does not predict future results. Backtested results are
hypothetical and carry inherent limitations.
Not advice. Nothing here is financial, investment, legal, or tax
advice, or a recommendation to place any wager.
You are responsible for your own decisions, and for complying with
the gambling laws of your jurisdiction. Sports wagering is illegal in some
places and restricted in others.
We do not claim to beat the closing line, and we say so throughout
the site. Anyone who guarantees profit is not being honest with you.

3. Subscription, billing, cancellation
Subscriptions bill through Stripe on a recurring basis (monthly, or a
one-time season pass) until cancelled. Prices are shown at checkout.
Cancel any time, effective at the end of the current billing period;
access continues until then. Self-serve cancellation link in the account area
and in every receipt email.
We may change prices for future terms with notice; your current term is
never repriced mid-term.
Taxes may apply depending on jurisdiction.
4. Refunds
7-day no-questions refund on a first subscription, and pro-rata refund of
a season pass if we stop publishing mid-season.
Beyond the window: no refunds for partial periods, except that if we fail to
publish for an extended stretch during the season, contact us and we will make
it right.
5. What you may and may not do with the content
Personal, non-commercial use. Subscription is for one person.
Do not redistribute, republish, resell, scrape, or feed our ratings
and projections into another product or feed. (If someone wants a data feed for
their own product, that is a separate arrangement.)
We may terminate an account for sharing credentials or scraping, with a
pro-rata refund of the unused period.
6. Availability, changes, and the honesty commitments
The service is provided "as is." We aim to publish on schedule but do not
guarantee uninterrupted availability.
Standing commitments. These are brand promises, and we would rather
put them in the terms than only in marketing:
The graded record, the failures, and the methodology notes stay
free, and are never moved behind payment. They sit behind a free
sign-in, which is a registration wall, not a paywall.
Published ratings and projections are timestamped and never edited
after the fact; corrections are issued as additions, not rewrites.
Where a claim is unvalidated, the page says so.
7. Privacy
What we collect, what we do with it, and what we never do with it, is on
the privacy page.
8. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim
relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months
before the claim. We are not liable for gambling losses, consequential damages,
or lost profits.
